A truck and trailer pulled across two lanes of traffic to go from the Route 13 turn lane to East Main Street to go onto West Main Street and the pickup truck was in the Southbound inside lane and hit the passenger side of the larger truck. A large amount of fluid was leaking out however it turned out to be water. Luckily no injuries. There was quick response from the Police and Fire personnel.
